Set Time and Date in Windows

If you've already selected the correct time zone and it's set to automatically  adjust for daylight savings, you may still need to manually adjust the time to  the correct hour.


For Windows XP:

1. From the Windows menu, click Start and select Control Panel.

2. Click Date & Time Properties and select the Date & Time tab.

3. Choose your current day and time.

4. Click the Time Zone tab and choose your current time zone from the list.

5. To observe daylight savings time, check the box next to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time.

6. Click OK.

7. Sign in to Jusere.com using your email address and password.


For Windows Vista:

1. From the Windows menu, click Start and select Control Panel.

2. Go to Clock, Language, and Region and click Date and Time.

3. Click the Date and Time tab and then click Change Date and Time. (Enter your password if prompted.)

4. Choose your current day and time and then click OK to save.

5. Select the Change time zone tab and choose your current time zone.

6. To observe daylight savings time, check the box next to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time".

7. Click OK to save and then click OK to finish.

8. Sign in to Jusere.com using your email address and password.


For Windows 7:

1. From the Windows menu, click Start and select Control Panel.

2. Go to Clock, Language, and Region and click Date and Time.

3. Click the Date and Time tab, and then click Change Date and Time. (Enter your password if prompted.)

4. Choose your current day and time.

5. Click the Change time zone tab and choose your current time zone.

6. To observe daylight savings time, check the box next to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time".

7. Click OK to save and then click OK to finish.

8. Sign in to Jusere.com using your email address and password.


For Windows 8:

1. Press the Windows Key + D key on your keyboard to show the Windows 8 Desktop.

2. Move your cursor over the time at the bottom right corner of the screen and right click your mouse.

3. Select Adjust date/time.

4. Click the Change date and time button.

5. Select the correct date and time on the calendar and clock.

6. If you want to change the time zone, you may click the Change time zone button and make your selection. (optional)

7. Click OK to save and finish.

8. Sign in to Jusere.com using your email address and password.


For Windows 10:

1. Click the Start button on your PC.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click Clock, Language, and Region.

4. Click Region and Language.

5. Click the Formats tab. In the Format list, select the locale to use for the display of the date, time, currency, and measurements.

6. Select the date and time formats that you want to use. Windows has many options to specify how dates and times are displayed.

7. To further customize how the date and time are displayed, click Additional settings. This allows you to change the way your computer displays the date and time.
