To track your status of claim:
1. Go to My Claim under the drop-down menu of Account&lists.
2. If your claim is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email, in which a Claim Ticket Code is given to you.
3. Enter the Claim Ticket Code or the corresponding Order Code into the search bar, then click search.
4. Click Detail to see the detail of your claim, including reply from sales.
5. If you got reasonable solution to your problem, you could also Cancel myour claim.
We have four status of claim:
- Open: waiting for confirmation
- Processing: customer service is working on the claim
- Closed: the claim has been solved
- Canceled: the claim has been canceled by yourself.
