How to Complain

Jusere tries its best to meet customers' requirements, we sincerely hope you would like our products. Unfortunately, if you are not satisfied with our products, you have the right to complain and claim. But remember that any kind of claim is not acceptable after 7 days upon arrival of the products.

Here is how you could complain:

1. Go to My Orders

2. Find item you want to complain about.

3. Click Complain in the operation column.


4. File in your claim reasons and detailed description.

5. Wait for our confirmation.

6. Check the status of your claim in View My Complain or go to My Claim under the drop-down menu of Account&lists.
