Others Sign Into Your Account

Since Jusere account balance can be used to pay for items directly, make sure your account is safe.

If you suspect your account is used by someone without consent, please follow below steps:

1. If you still can sign into your account, please change your password directly.

2. If your password has been changed without your concern: please send an email to service@jusere.com to have your account temporarily suspended, and in the meantime, send your new password, and account information to them for account re-activation purpose.
